E-billing

As part of our environmental commitment we offer ebilling to our customers, although some customers require an invoice to be printed for accounting purposes (whatever happened to a paperless office!). By emailing the invoice this saves a wasted envelope and C02 emissions generated from the transport of that invoice.

We also offer an online management analyst tools to give you the control you need over your telecom's expenditure.

E-Alerts

E-alerts will give you a near instant email of any call made with a cost or duration higher than you have specified. This facility can also be used as budget tracker; we are able to sent an alert for the total spend on the account.

Examples of E-Alerts

Any one call costing more than £3 (value specified)

Any call duration over 1 hour (value specified)

Any calls to a specific a number or number range such as international or premium rate numbers
